It is for this reason that Taylor has asked Alvinter to be its Official Distributor, providing Service and Spare Parts support throughout the national territory, in order to satisfy the demanding needs of this market.
Commercial offices in the Metropolitan area of Santiago and initially technical service based in Antofagasta but with a reach throughout the country.
Spare parts and response times
Spare parts in Chile, everything will depend on the client, but there is no problem setting up a warehouse in their operations and when the client requires it. The spare parts that the brands generally handle are very limited and thanks to this, Alvinter sells more than MM USD 1.0 per month in spare parts and components in LATAM. This is produced by 2 effects, by availability and by the high prices that the brands currently have. Alvinter is characterized by being the fastest (24-72h) and most economical option in all function groups.
Taylor’s fill rate for spare parts is 95%, that is, there is a 95% probability that we have a required spare part in the $95 million stock available in Philadelphia, Mississippi, for equipment in the hands of customers (only for customers, does not consider production line!), in addition to all the multi-brand stock of our warehouses in Miami.
Technical service
Technical Service, initially based in the town of Antofagasta, we have field technicians with specific tools, both for diagnosis and repairs.
Service with scope throughout the national territory, with a reaction capacity of 24-48 hours.
Ability to provide repair services in general, maintenance contracts and provide spare parts without problem in national territory.
Maintenance agreements and/or maintenance service provision modalities that they have (Preventive and corrective)
